Please note new changes for 2015:
We have decided to move to a retainer model only. This means a more sustainable business model for the company plus dedicated support for the clients that are retained. In the previous model, we had to go an inch deep and a mile wide with clients in order to generate the required revenue to keep the business running. Now, we’re focusing our efforts to go an inch wide and a mile deep. Higher quality and more dedicated support for the clients we serve.
Our retainer packages start at a minimum of five hours per week and go up from there. We have very limited room for these retainer packages. If you’ve already been approached by us about switching to this model, great! If not, it simply means you have some time on file and we’re working out those hours. Once those hours are complete, we’ll have a discussion about what our next steps are and what makes sense moving forward.
Notes About Retainers
We charge one rate for all services that we provide. This means that whether we are doing graphic design, web design or social media, you only need to worry about tracking one rate for your project.
All time spent on your project is billable. That includes: phone calls, e-mail correspondence, implementation, project management, organization or any other activity we need to do to ensure your work is done to the highest level.
All time is tracked using a program called Freshbooks. You will receive a login for Freshbooks so that you can, at any time, login to see the amount of time that has been incurred on your project. This works very well for our clients who are on strict budgets.
Any expenses incurred will also be billable to your account. This includes: WordPress templates, stock photography, hosting charges, etc. If we have to incur a cost to perform your work, we will bill it to your account. All expenses will be approved by you before purchase.
